This position is with WM Technologies, LLC, an affiliate of SPX Enterprises, LLC, which manufactures and sells Weil‑McLain branded products. Weil‑McLain is a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings since 1881.
Responsibilities
- Assemble fabricated parts at floor stations according to standardized work instructions.
- Stop the line for safety or quality concerns.
- Qualify on at least one task and the upstream and downstream tasks.
- Maintain area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform job functions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (may be required).
- 0–3 years of experience in the field or a related area (may be required).
- Ability to identify differences in standardized work instructions and inconsistencies in parts, and willingness to stop the line.
- Ability to use air/battery‑operated tools.
- Follows standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Excellent attendance record.
