About the role
Reporting to the Sr. Ops. Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components based on engineering and quality standards that satisfy our customer’s requirements. Working in tandem with the Roller Operators, the Assembler will ensure proper production levels are met while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day operational production assembly tasks, such as building conveyor rollers in preparation for further processing
- Work cross-functionally with other assembly stations
- Assist with basic machine operating functions
- Stock and move material correctly throughout the department
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or assembly work experience
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use basic hand tools
