Responsibilities

• Assemble and test models in proper sequence following blueprints, drawings, schematics and work instructions both oral and written in a safe and efficient manner.
• Possess a working knowledge of Lincoln's sub-assemblies as well as manual, pneumatic and electrically operated equipment, tools and fixtures to ensure quality operations.
• Diagnose and correct malfunctions in models reporting any discrepancies or unusual difficulties to the Department Leader or Supervisor and suggest improvements where possible.

Requirements

• Ability to read and use assembly parts blueprints, drawings, schematics, work instructions, bills of material, and inspection equipment.
• Perform transactions for own work as required.
• Keep area clean and orderly.

Working Conditions

Subject to lifting, bending, twisting, oil, and other normal factory shop conditions.
