Assembler

About the role

The Assembler is responsible for assembling electrical enclosures, sub-panels, and related hardware components in accordance with company standards, engineering drawings, and work instructions. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools, electronic tools, and pneumatic tooling.
• Install sub-panels, and install required hardware including screws, nuts, handles, latches, gaskets, and related components.
• Prepare finished products for delivery by inspecting functional defects and cosmetic appearance.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing schedules.
