About the role

Assemble electronic circuit boards per specifications and ensure quality is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electromechanical assembly operations
• Read, follow, and execute standardized assembly tasks using electronic work instructions
• Follow standard sequence of operations while conducting daily tasks including hand soldering, wiring, and component installation, harnessing, and hardware assembly on circuit boards and other types of electronic assemblies
• Adhere to the highest standards in safety, ethics, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Interact with development and manufacturing engineering personnel
• Perform rework and quality testing
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work overtime as required based on business needs
• Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
• Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident (ITAR facility requirement)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hand soldering experience, or the willingness to learn this skill
