Responsibilities
- Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools, along with electrical and mechanical fixtures and gauges, to perform precision assembly tasks.
- Operate standard measuring and test equipment such as dial indicators, micrometers, and voltmeters.
- Work with drills, jigs, fixtures, and light materials to support production activities.
- Precision soldering of electronic and mechanical components as required.
- Inspect and test your own work to ensure it meets established specifications and quality standards.
- Verify and review the work of others for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform a variety of mechanical, optical, and electrical/electronic operations.
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3 years electronics assembly experience or equivalent with soldering experience on printed circuit boards
- Soldering/de-soldering/reworking assemblies/SMT experience
- IPC-610 & JStandard 001 (preferred)
- Ability to read and follow directions with heavy attention to detail
- Able to use ERP system to complete tasks as required
- Able to read color coded Process Details
- Able to utilize Microsoft Programs
