Responsibilities

• Inspects engine assembly quality and reports findings using the QFL System and SAP
• Inspects engine component quality and reports findings using the QFL system and SAP
• Supports and guides assembly corrective actions to QFL findings
• Responsible for maintaining QFL system
• Supports gauge and tool calibration process
• Responsible for managing parts on salvage area carts and start QFL process
• Generates QFL cards and lists details and pictures from the reject part

Requirements

• Three years of experience in a durable goods assembly or manufacturing environment
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship (visa sponsorship not available)

Qualifications

• Intermediate blueprint reading skills with a high attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with torque equipment and standard measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and gage blocks
• Intermediate PC knowledge and the ability to efficiently operate computer terminals and scanning devices
• Intermediate typing and MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and the ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull weights in the 20–60 lb range

Pay

Hourly range: $21.23 – $31.84 (based on the state where the employee resides; location: Graniteville, SC).
