Assembler

About the role

This entry-level role assembles products or components using established instructions and quality standards. This is an on-site position performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and materials
• Assemble components according to work instructions
• Inspect completed work for visible defects
• Keep tools, materials, and workstation organized

Requirements

A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
