Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Verify materials against documentation such as bills of material, work orders, and Parts Lists.
- Cook with the Structural Assembly Supervisor and Inventory Manager to meet customer service needs and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of inventory levels by performing duties related to issuing, receiving, and tracking materials and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Ability to prepare administrative documentation.
- Strong sorting, checking, counting, and verifying skills.
- Experience in receiving, tracking, stocking, and distributing materials.
- Basic measuring skills and simple arithmetic.
- Understanding of shipping methods and record maintenance.
Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience.
Physical Requirements
- Includes stooping, crouching, reaching, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs.), grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
- Must have close visual acuity.
- May be exposed to fumes, dust, or odors.
