Job Description

The Assembler works with moderate supervision, following formal written procedures and detailed verbal instructions. Performs tasks required to produce various components and assemble these parts to a point where they are ready for the next operational level.

Essential Functions

• 90% – Performs surface preparation, applies protective coating, insulates casings, casting, and operates pressure chambers. Carries out various preparatory tasks as needed in the manufacturing process.
• 10% – Manages documentation related to production and handles environmental responsibilities, including collection, containment, and labeling of waste by‑products. Maintains satellite accumulation areas in compliance with environmental regulations, coordinates hazardous waste handling, reports spills, and implements emergency procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production demands, maintain regular attendance, and uphold a high consciousness for personnel and equipment safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent + 4 years relevant experience, or Associate Degree (or 2 years post‑secondary) + 0–2 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Willingness to work other shifts and overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Respirator qualified.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Schedule

4/10 schedule – Employees work 10 hours per day, 4 days a week.
