What You'll Do

  • Assemble a variety of products by following standard work instructions, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Set up and operate production equipment and fixtures as needed.
  • Become proficient in multiple assembly processes while meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
  • Complete manufacturing and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Initiate material requests and report quality concerns, measurements, and efficiency data as required.
  • Enter work order and production information into computer systems when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate identification and inventory counts of materials at point-of-use.
  • Follow all company, regulatory, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members, Leads, and Supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team success.

What You'll Bring

  • Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years of hands-on assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and engineers in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and short communications.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to enter production or work order information into company systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency using common hand tools.
  • Experience with grinding and soldering is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime based on business needs.
  • Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and requirements.
