Assembler

We’re seeking an Assembler to work at a leading electronics manufacturing organization in West Melbourne, FL.

About the role

You’ll assemble, test, and pack circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies. This position offers hands-on experience in a premier electronics manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and pack circuit board assemblies using Pin Thru-hole and Surface Mount Technologies.
• Place and secure electronic components onto circuit boards with hand and pneumatic tools.
• Ensure accuracy in component placement and adherence to production and quality procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to read and follow instructions and visual aids accurately.
• Basic computer and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and 3rd shift.
• Prior experience with electronic component assembly, IPC/ISO standards, and ESD training (preferred).
• U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR Part 120.15 (required).

Pay

$16.50 per hour plus a 10% shift differential.

Schedule

Sunday 10:45 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday – Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
