Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to manufacturing orders and instructions from the Operations Manager or Operations Lead.
- Follow all testing and assembly procedures accurately.
- Communicate issues or improvement ideas to leadership.
- Follow all management directives and requests.
- Operate manual material-handling equipment as required.
- Operate powered material-handling equipment if needed.
- Attend relevant training and workshops.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to interpret instructions delivered in written, oral, or diagram form.
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing.
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs.
- Good close-vision ability and hand dexterity for small-part assembly.
