About the role

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and standard work instructions
• Perform hands-on assembly tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Troubleshoot issues and meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
• Inspect products

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of relevant assembly experience (no formal experience required)
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with electronic assembly is a plus
