Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components into heat exchanger cores according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and process documents.
• Components must be assembled in the proper order, in proper quantities, within the allotted time, and according to quality requirements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and other process documentation and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Prior experience working in an AS9100 certified manufacturing environment is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
