Assembler – A40/A50 Cell

This position is based in Tulsa, OK within the Distribution department, working in a Manufacturing/Warehouse environment, reporting to the Assistant Assembly Manager, and follows a Monday–Friday (5-8s) on-site schedule.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Be patient and willing to handle and complete one task at a time to ensure consistent, error‑free work.
• Perform assembly and sub‑assembly work using basic hand tools.
• Interpret blueprints to construct products.
• Maintain daily assembly requirements.
• Perform final product testing.
• Lift and move lightweight to heavy‑weight objects.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the distribution manager and/or lead.
• Operate a forklift and order picker at heights up to 35′ for annual inventory.
• Secure and retain a forklift license.

Requirements

• Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of metric dimensions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions and job assignments.
• Ability to work well with others.
