Assembler - 3rd Shift

Kimco Staffing in partnership with an industry-leading manufacturing company in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking Assembler Operators for their growing team.

Schedule

3rd shift: 10:25 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay

$17.00 base + $1.50 shift differential = $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery.
• Lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report defective materials or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Assist with other departments as needed.

Requirements

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8 hours per day.
• Understand and commit to meeting all deadlines and requirements.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
