Job Details
Location: Chelmsford, MA
Shift: Second shift, M-TH 4:30PM - 2:30AM
What You'll Do
Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products according to work instructions and drawings.
Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
Read and interpret assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
Work with microscopic and larger components requiring visual magnification.
Utilize various hand tools and pneumatic tools such as tweezers, rulers, cutters, and screwdrivers.
Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance throughput and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Basic computer skills, including navigation of digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Knowledge of J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred.
Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment.
Desire to grow and learn in the role.
High school diploma or GED required.

Pay And Benefits
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
