Assembler - 2nd shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
• 2+ years of experience in complex cable harness assembly in an aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Soldering experience is required; certification to J-STD-001 is a significant advantage.
• Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, strippers, and soldering irons.
• Must be able to meet and maintain workmanship standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610).
• Good English communication skills (reading and writing) to successfully complete training and follow highly regulated work instructions.
• Experience with potting, molding, or testing cable assemblies is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on the experience. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.

This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for working on the 2nd shift. The company also offers a competitive variety of benefits, including a referral bonus and a sign-on bonus.
