Assembler 2 - Line Leader 3rd Shift

What You'll Do

• Responsible for leading the assembly team with direction from the Group Leader
• Supports production positions with work assignments as needed
• Accurately picks necessary parts for production orders
• Assembles, checks, and packages sub-components and finished products according to instructions, production orders, work and inspection instructions as well as drawings in a quality and schedule-minded fashion
• Executes special tasks within the assembly process
• Covers work assignments as needed
• Cooperate within the assembly team

Who You Are

• High School education or equivalent
• Average manual dexterity (hand to eye coordination)
• Mechanical ability necessary
• Must be able to lift up to 44 lbs. (20kg)
• Operate manufacturing equipment and simple electronic test equipment
• Deal with time constraints and deadlines; skills with manipulating multiple priorities; sense of urgency
• Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment (i.e. scan guns, printers)
• Work the hours 10:30PM - 7:00AM Monday - Friday

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position is $28.25 hourly with an annual bonus up to 5%. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
