Assembler - 1st Shift

About the role
The Assembler plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of our final products. The role requires you to perform various repetitive assembly and fabrication operations as assigned by the Group Leader in our cutting-edge, climate-controlled facility located in Lake Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Receive instructions and work specifications from the Group Leader.
- Assemble, operate machinery, or package company products.
- Use hand tools and compressed air drivers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
- Keep tools, fixtures, and work area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Follow all safety rules and policies.
- Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist in the overall operation of the department.
Requirements
- No experience is necessary; training is provided.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Skills in operating small hand tools and willingness to work overtime.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
