Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines and standard work instructions
- Perform hands-on assembly tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Meet production standards
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
- Inspect products for quality
- Handle heavy lifting, gripping, grasping, twisting, and pulling
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of relevant Assembly experience
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to grip, grasp, twist, pull, and reach for 8 hours a day
- Willingness to perform general physical labor
- Ability to wear steel-toe shoes
