Job Overview
ASRS mechanics are responsible for maintaining/carrying out a preventive maintenance program for the ASRS on a daily basis. They monitor the running condition of all robotics components inside the ASRS.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on the ASRS
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the ASRS
- Able to identify, maintain, and troubleshoot Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components and advanced automation controls systems.
Qualifications
- Able to use power tools
- Able to follow instruction according to the SOP
- Must be able to understand the various levels of automation and the associated systems integration and standards
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision
- Must be able to communicate effectively with departmental staff, both written and verbal
- Leadership and motivate skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Education & Experience
- Technical/vocational degree
- ASRS mechanic should have 1 year of experience and/or a mechanical background

Compensation
Min USD $32.00/Hr. Max USD $37.00/Hr.
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to: Work in a temperature controlled office environment or travel via vehicle or commercial transportation
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and walk during the course of employment
- Position requires some degree of travel for business purposes
