ASPIRE Internship - San Antonio Division

About the role

Ben E. Keith Foods’ ASPIRE Internship Program is a paid, 11-week rotational experience designed to give you real exposure to the inner workings of a leading foodservice distributor. You’ll rotate through multiple departments, work on small, impactful projects, and collaborate on a group project culminating in a final presentation to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Complete three-to-four department rotations across Administration (Credit, Accounting, HR), Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Purchasing.
• Execute small, impactful projects in each department to deepen your understanding of the business.
• Participate in a group project with fellow interns; previous topics have included talent development, sales penetration, supply chain challenges, and process streamlining.
• Present your group project to senior leadership at the end of the program.

Requirements

• Must be graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
• Resume required with application.
• Relatives of current Ben E. Keith employees are not eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics, Animal Sciences, Meat Sciences, Technology, or a closely related field.

$22.00 per hour
