Responsibilities

Work outdoors as part of a field crew, collaborating with a team that values grit, precision, and pride in a job well done. Contribute to the construction and maintenance of roads, highways, sports courts, and infrastructure through asphalt and concrete paving, milling, sealcoating, and line striping.

Requirements

• Prior experience in asphalt shoveling required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of road and traffic regulations
• Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds and push and/or pull 50‑pound loads at a time
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license preferred
