Asphalt Roller Operator

If you're an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator with a CDL, we're partnering with one of Southeast Wisconsin's most respected commercial paving contractors to find someone who takes pride in producing quality work—not just punching a clock.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt rollers on commercial paving projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin
• Work alongside experienced crews that care about quality, safety, and getting the job done right
• Utilize your CDL to transport equipment and materials as needed while supporting paving operations

Requirements

• CDL Required
• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience preferred
• Previous Asphalt Roller operating experience
• Commercial paving experience
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Safety-first mindset
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
• Valid CDL
• Pass criminal background check
• Pass drug screen (including THC due to CDL regulations)
• Acceptable driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay

$45-$55/hour

Schedule

• Approximately 55-hour work weeks
• Some Saturdays during paving season (typically 1-2 per month)
• Local work throughout Southeast Wisconsin
