Asphalt Plant Groundman - Clarkston/Lewiston

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of equipment
• Perform site inspections to ensure safety
• Perform maintenance on equipment as needed
• Maintain production levels
• Complete required reports
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, suppliers, and others
• Perform manual labor including shoveling excess material away from plant
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven work history, preferably in the construction industry
• Preferred equipment operator experience
• Must have mechanical experience preferably around asphalt plants and/or rock crushers and heavy equipment
• Must be able to meet company attendance policy
• Willing to work varied and extended hours
• Working in extreme weather conditions should be expected
