About the role

Erickson Asphalt Services is hiring a Asphalt Paving Foreman to support our team in the north metro area. This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and delivering high-quality work to our customers.

Responsibilities

This position will oversee the daily operations of the asphalt paving crew, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the asphalt paving crew
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Communicating effectively with subcontractors and clients
• Overseeing project timelines and budgets
• Assisting with training and development of team members

Requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in asphalt paving or construction
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification
