Responsibilities

- Operate roller, paver, and screed equipment - Ensure smooth and even surface applications - Maintain equipment in top condition - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

- Experience operating asphalt-related machinery - Valid driver’s license - Good physical condition for manual labor - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or related field preferred

Skills

- Proficient in using asphalt equipment - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
