Business Analyst (BA / QA)
Responsibilities:
- Elicit and understand regulatory reporting requirements from a compliance perspective.
- Write requirement specifications that are aligned to Use Cases and business scenarios.
- Define product requirements/roadmap by identifying milestones, phases, and elements.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering relevant information, evaluating output requirements and formats.

Responsibilities:
- Create Web application front end as per design comps and information architecture.
- Integrate front-end application with the application business layer.
- Follow best practices and standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collect feedback from design and technical staff on Website development needs.
- Understand executing accessibility and progressive enhancement presentation.
- Stick to established coding standards and group procedures individually and in teams.

Role & Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to be a part of Feature Teams working in Agile mode and participate in Functional Testing.
- Tester should have exposure to programming in either C or Java in order to develop a test harness.
- Individual must have the ability to work as a part of an agile team with the flexibility to work with shifting requirements.
- Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills
- The tester should preferably be from a Test Automation background or he should be well acquainted with the SQL knowledge required in Testing.
