We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Who we are" paragraph, then job description, responsibilities, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, physical requirements, additional information, EEO statement. We need to map content to sections. We have sections: About the role (maybe from "Who we are" and "Position Summary"?). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe communication, Microsoft Office). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present (no explicit benefits, pay, schedule). So we should not include those sections. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate. Physical Requirements: - Ability to provide classroom instruction for extended periods. - Ability to support field training exercises in austere environments. - Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry training equipment as required. - Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel in support of training events. - Ability to perform duties in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and rugged terrain. Additional Information: This job description is intended to outline the primary duties and responsibilities of the ASOT I/S Instructor role. It is not designed to be a comprehensive listing of all tasks or responsibilities that may be required. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. EEO statement: remove. We also have "Time Type: Full time" maybe could go under Schedule? But schedule section only if posting actually states schedule details. It says Time Type: Full time. That's a schedule info (full-time). According to instruction: include Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state Time Type: Full time. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine schedule into Responsibilities? Better to have a Schedule section with that line. But we need to decide if it's worth a separate section. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The posting has "Time Type: Full time". That's specific. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Benefits: none. Pay: none. Thus sections: About the role (maybe combine Who we are + Position Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (Minimum Qualifications). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills (maybe communication and Microsoft Office? But those are already in Minimum Qualifications; we could treat them as Skills section. However we already have Requirements covering Minimum Qualifications; we could split: Requirements = Minimum Qualifications (including citizenship, clearance, etc). Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications. Skills = maybe "Strong written and verbal communication skills ... Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite." But those are already in Minimum Qualifications; we could keep them there. Better to follow the instruction: Use sections as they make sense. The list of sections includes Skills; we could put communication and Microsoft Office there. But then we would be duplicating content if we also keep them in Requirements. We must preserve all substantive info; we can allocate them to either section but not duplicate. Let's decide: Minimum Qualifications includes many items; we could keep them under Requirements. Then Skills could be empty? Not allowed. So better to not create Skills section if no distinct skills beyond those already captured. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Schedule. Check if we need to include "About the role" heading: we have content from "Who we are" and "Position Summary". That's substantive. Now produce HTML:
