About the role

As a Production Associate – Tray Pack, you will perform a variety of tasks within the Tray Pack department to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, safely, and efficiently. You will play an active role in maintaining product quality and must immediately report any safety or quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lift and transport trays of product weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Deliver trays of product to the appropriate employees on production lines.
• Perform assigned tasks within the Tray Pack department to support production and customer order fulfillment.
• Comply with all safety, quality, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Immediately report any safety, quality, equipment, or product concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift and transport up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of attention to product safety and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production or food processing is preferred but not required.
• No formal education required.
