ASME Authorized Inspector - Supervisor

About the role

Supervise and manage day-to-day authorized inspector and client activities. This individual will be required to provide ASME/NB technical and administrative support to staff and clients, support and implement sales and marketing activities, support corporate technical and administrative initiatives, develop staff, and support TRS, Nuclear and Government business units.

Responsibilities

• Affirm compliance with ASME Code and other mandatory standards in areas of training, inspection, documentation and auditing.
• Supervise a group of Authorized Inspectors.
• Provide technical and administrative support to assigned clients and reporting inspectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Authorized Inspector.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Authorized Inspector Supervisor is desired.
• High School Diploma.
• National Board AI Commission with R and B endorsements.
• Engineering Degree is desired.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Authorized Inspector Supervisor with NS and NSI endorsements is desired.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes applications.
