About the Role
Full-time overnight direct care position (30 hours) at Sherwood Ave Residential Services, Thursday–Saturday, 11:00 PM–9:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care coverage, responding to individual issues between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM on scheduled nights/mornings and as required by the Program Manager.
- Call or arrive shortly before 11:00 PM for an update on program status.
- Know emergency procedures and basic emergency facts regarding all individuals living at the location.
- If Med Certified, dispense medications as prescribed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate.
- Valid MA driver’s license; availability of a vehicle.
Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies or family members.

- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
