About the Role

The Asleep Overnight Counselor works alongside the Awake Overnight Counselor to provide support during overnight and morning hours. While the Asleep Overnight Counselor may sleep during designated overnight periods, they must be available to respond in the event of an emergency or crisis and assist with morning routines and program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
  • Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
  • Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.

The organization offers additional hourly differentials for certain positions based on skills, location, training, and program responsibilities. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay

$17.00–$19.11 per hour
