About the role

The Assistant Sales/Service Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Sales/Service Managers. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales/Service Managers in their daily tasks
  • Handling administrative duties such as scheduling, data entry, and report generation
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
  • Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with sales and service management software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete projects on time
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel administration or sales/service management
  • Experience with hotel management systems and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of local and international travel regulations
