Responsibilities

• Help patrons select food and beverages
• Stay updated on menu choices and special requests
• Ring in orders and collect payment
• Transmit orders to the kitchen
• Pick up and deliver items from the kitchen
• Respond to additional patron requirements
• Maintain table settings
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies
• Conclude dining experience
• Perform basic cleaning tasks
• Address customer service issues

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred
• Must possess a food sanitation certificate
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
