This role combines creativity, product knowledge, and attention to detail to deliver a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere within the restaurant setting. Who You Are Friendly and approachable with strong guest engagement skillsAble to manage multiple drink orders efficiently during peak periodsDetail-oriented in recipe execution, safety practices, and presentationService-driven professional who enhances each guest’s dining experienceCollaborative team player who supports seamless restaurant operationsVeterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply What You Will Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferencesRecommend cocktails, wine, or pairings based on guest interestsEnsure beverages meet quality and presentation standardsGreet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive serviceTake drink orders from guests and servers accurately and efficientlyMonitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practicesSet up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies, equipment, and garnishes are ready for serviceMaintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware, surfaces, tools, and waste areasTrack inventory levels and report shortages to leadershipAdhere to all state and local alcohol service regulationsCoordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operationsAssist with restocking and barback support during busy shiftsRegular attendance in conformance with standardsMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needsRequired to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetingsPerform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Include: Required: Previous food and beverage experience; bartending experience strongly preferredKnowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol serviceExcellent guest service and communication skillsAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift Preferred: TIPS or similar alcohol-service certificationHotel or upscale restaurant experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent
