About the role

The Associate Sales/Belleza Advisor will focus on a primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We continuously seek passionate beauty enthusiasts who want to help our customers through their beauty experience. Whether helping with hair color selection, cosmetics, skincare, or nail care, we want you to be the advisor of this experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Install advertising displays and organize merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Absolutely ensure that our customers are informed and enrolled in our loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional environment in the store and communicate inventory issues.
• Display our values of the Sally Beauty culture.
