About the role

The Aseptic and Regular Filler Mechanical Product Support Expert is part of the Product Support Americas organization. This position involves both office and onsite work, where the resource ensures operational follow-up and technical support for all aseptic and regular filler equipment (standalone or in Combi mode) throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, they support colleagues such as FSE, PM, CCM, and ASM in handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Contact Center Ticketing System and provide solutions and support to both external and internal customers on aseptic and regular filler equipment.
  • Support On-Duty activities to assist across zones/regions during weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • Offer daily telephone and email support for mechanical issues to both internal (FSE, PM, CCM, ASM) and external customers.
  • Manage non-conformity and warranty costs on the Ticketing System.
  • Assist FSE during new installations and service site executions on mechanical issues.
  • Apply Root Cause Analysis methodology on mechanical issues, collecting data and implementing preventive/corrective actions. Report findings and request engineering modifications to the Product Group.
  • Provide preliminary solutions to internal and external customers.
  • Secure retrofit applications for mechanical solutions on existing aseptic and regular filler equipment.
  • Contribute to support services including spare parts, training, maintenance opportunities, and line improvement initiatives.
  • Periodically visit strategic deals and customers to gather feedback on performance or technical issues.
  • Travel onsite or coordinate expert interventions for specific RCA, troubleshooting tasks on aseptic or regular filler equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of technical assistance and/or field experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to manage and satisfy customer requests.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Leadership skills during internal and external meetings (regions, customers).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (assets for Italian, French, or Spanish).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required (20-25% of the time).
