Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) setting
- Assess patient needs and coordinate individualized care plans
- Triage patients both in person and over the phone
- Administer medications and monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures
- Communicate treatment plans, physician instructions, and test results to patients
- Prepare exam and procedure rooms while maintaining sterile technique
- Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Educate patients on procedures, recovery, disease prevention, and health management
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required
- BSN preferred
- Urology and/or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Pay
$32-$40/hour (DOE)

Monday-Friday | Day Shift
