ASC Administrator
About the role
We are seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to lead the establishment of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Frisco, TX!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully opening and managing surgery centers, with a strong preference for experience in opthalomology, cornea and glaucoma procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development, and opening of the new surgery center.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation requirements.
- Develop operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and patient safety.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with medical staff to establish protocols for ophthalmology procedures.
- Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an ASC Administrator, particularly in opening new centers.
- Strong knowledge of Ophthalmology, Cataract, Cornea, Glaucoma and Retina.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with state regulations and accreditation standards in Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
