Key Responsibilities
- Cook up daily field remediation operations.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance safety and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope and budget.
- Monitor procurement and inventory of project materials and equipment.
- Maintain strict compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and other relevant safety/environmental regulations.
- Lead project bidding efforts, manage departmental/project budgets, and oversee post-project cost analysis.
- Assign and supervise fieldwork, managing staffing and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety, and adherence to protocol.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project issues on site.
- Enforce health and safety policies and lead a safety-first culture.
- Ensure certifications and training for all employees are up-to-date.
- Conduct regular safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and conduct performance evaluations for site supervisors and crew.
- Support business development and growth in both divisions by providing technical expertise for proposals, maintaining and developing key client relationships, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
