Asbestos Inspector / Asbestos Project Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Perform asbestos inspections and surveys in accordance with federal and state regulations
- Develop asbestos abatement design documents, specifications, and cost estimates
- C Conduct air monitoring and clearance sampling for asbestos abatement projects
- Perform project monitoring and oversight of abatement contractors
- Collect bulk samples and coordinate laboratory analysis
- Prepare technical reports, abatement plans, and regulatory documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state regulations
- Support additional environmental and industrial hygiene tasks as needed
- Travel throughout the New England region as project needs arise
Required Certifications, Licensing, and Eligibility
- Must be currently licensed in Massachusetts at time of hire
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
- NIOSH 582 (Phase Contrast Microscopy)
- Asbestos Inspector
- Asbestos Management Planner
- Asbestos Project Designer
- Asbestos Project Monitor (strongly preferred / expected)
