Aruba ClearPass Engineer

About the role

We are supporting an opportunity for a skilled network security professional to help strengthen enterprise access control and authentication services. This role focuses on administration, troubleshooting, and expansion of network access control capabilities that support secure connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, expansion, and ongoing administration of enterprise network access control solutions.
• Administer network access policies and help ensure alignment with enterprise security standards.
• Provide day-to-day support for end users experiencing network access issues and monitor platform health and authentication activity.
• Collaborate with the engineering and implementation team to improve policy enforcement and support secure access across the enterprise.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience with HPE Aruba ClearPass or other enterprise network access control platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint onboarding and authentication services, including 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
• Strong knowledge of network segmentation, VLAN assignment, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, PKI, and certificate-based authentication.
• Experience troubleshooting network access issues affecting end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required.
