We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Role Overview, Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & Experience, Key Skills, Success Metrics, Position Details, About Propelis (maybe not needed? It's about company, but it's not a standard heading; we can include as "About the company" maybe but rule says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for Role Overview (could map to About the role). Key Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience -> Qualifications. Key Skills -> Skills. Success Metrics maybe could be under Requirements? Not exactly; but we could treat as "Requirements"? Actually Success Metrics is about performance metrics; not a standard heading but we could include as a separate section maybe "Performance Expectations"? But rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Success Metrics into Qualifications or Responsibilities? Probably better to keep as a separate section "Success Metrics" but not in allowed list? The allowed list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It didn't list Success Metrics. So we should not create a heading not in list. We could incorporate Success Metrics into Qualifications or Responsibilities as a paragraph. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can embed it within Qualifications or Responsibilities as a

. That's okay. We also have Position Details (type, location, integration, focus). Could be covered under Schedule? Actually schedule is part-time; location hybrid; we could include Schedule and Location maybe as a short

under a generic "Details"? But rule says only use those headings if content exists. We have schedule: Part-time. Location: Hybrid (Stamford, CT / NYC / Remote). Pay: $65-$75 hourly. Benefits? Not mentioned. So we can include Pay section (since we have pay range). Schedule section (part-time). Benefits? Not mentioned, so omit. We also have About Propelis (company description). Could be considered "About the role"? Actually About the role is already covered by Role Overview. About Propelis is company overview; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO but it's company description; might be considered relevant but not required headings. Could include as a

under About the role? Might be okay to include as a separate paragraph after Role Overview. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the EEO statement, the "Apply Now" buttons, the "Home | Careers | Job Posting LinkedIn Email Share LinkedIn Email" etc. Also remove the "About Propelis" maybe? It's not boilerplate but it's company description; could keep as part of role overview? Might be considered relevant. I'd keep it as a paragraph under "About the role" maybe. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: - About the role (h3) containing Role Overview paragraph(s) plus maybe company overview. - Responsibilities (h3) containing list of responsibilities (maybe grouped under subheadings? But we can just list all responsibilities as

  • items). The responsibilities are grouped into categories; we could keep them as list items, preserving detail. - Qualifications (h3) containing qualifications paragraph plus maybe success metrics integrated. - Skills (h3) containing list of skills. - Pay (h3) containing pay range. - Schedule (h3) containing schedule type (part-time) and location hybrid? Actually schedule heading should be for schedule only; location could be in a separate paragraph maybe under About the role? But we could include location in Schedule section? Might be odd. Better to have a separate section for Location? Not allowed. Could put location in a

under About the role or under a generic "Details". Since we must not invent headings, we can just include location as a paragraph within About the role or after schedule. I'd add a

under About the role: "Location: Hybrid (Stamford, CT / NYC / Remote)". Or we could add a separate

after schedule heading: but schedule heading only for schedule; we can still have a

after it for location. That's fine. - Benefits: not present, omit. - Requirements: we might not have a separate requirements section; qualifications cover it. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive information: ensure we keep details like "Manage user roles, permissions, and access across global and regional stakeholders", etc. We need to convert lists to

    • . For responsibilities, we have bullet points under each category; we can flatten them. Let's extract responsibilities: System Administration & Workflow Management - Manage user roles, permissions, and access across global and regional stakeholders - Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency - Generate Monthly artwork KPI & SLA reports. User Onboarding, Training & Adoption - Lead onboarding for new users across internal external and agency partners - Deliver training sessions tailored to the client's teams, focused on practical, role-based system usage - Develop and maintain training materials, quick guides, and best-practice documentation - Reinforce standardized workflows and drive consistent adoption across teams - Act as a trusted subject-matter expert on system usage and workflow best practices Troubleshooting & Support - Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and user inquiries - Troubleshoot workflow routing, approvals, asset access, and system configuration challenges - Resolve issues impacting artwork timelines, escalating when necessary to technical teams - Support project teams in resolving workflow bottlenecks to keep initiatives on track Workflow Optimization & Process Improvement - Analyze current artwork workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve - Partner with teams to reduce manual touchpoints and improve approval cycle efficiency - Support the evolution of workflows to meet changing client business needs (e.g., new product launches, regulatory changes) - Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality, compliance, and speed-to-market goals Feature Development & System Enhancements - Gather feedback from stakeholders and translate needs into system enhancements - Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and rollout of new platform features or integrations - Partner with product teams, IT, or vendors to implement enhancements - Pilot new workflows, automation, or capabilities to improve scalability and efficiency - Communicate & Promote feature updates and changes clearly to users Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a liaison between stakeholders, SGx production teams, and technology partners - Support project teams in designing workflows for new initiatives or programs - Participate in discussions related to packaging process, approvals, and system usage - Ensure alignment between system configuration and real-world business processes We'll list all as
    • . Qualifications & Experience: - 3–7+ years of experience in artwork management, packaging workflows, or system administration - Experience with artwork/workflow platforms (e.g., Mediabox, WebCenter, DragonFly, or similar) - Strong understanding of the packaging artwork lifecycle, including approvals and regulatory considerations - Experience training users and driving adoption across cross-functional teams - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow/system challenges - Experience working within CPG or highly regulated environments preferred (e.g., spirits, beauty, pharma) Success Metrics (we can embed as a paragraph after qualifications): - Adoption and satisfaction of system users across teams - Reduction in workflow delays, errors, or rework - Improved approval cycle times and process visibility - Successful rollout and utilization of new features - Increased consistency in workflow execution across brands and regions Key Skills: - Workflow design and optimization - System configuration and user management - Training and stakeholder enablement - Cross-functional communication - problem-solving and troubleshooting - Detail-oriented with ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and markets Position Details: - Type: Part-time - Location: Hybrid (Stamford, CT / NYC / Remote, aligned to team needs) - Integration: Works closely with SGx onsite team and stakeholders - Focus: System ownership, enablement, and continuous improvement (not day-to-day project management) We could put Position Details as a

after schedule maybe. Pay: $65 USD - $75 USD hourly. Schedule: Part-time. We need to output only HTML. Let's craft:
