About the role

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position are aligned with the district's mission and focal goals. Key duties include:
- Implementing high-quality first instruction across all levels.
- Ensuring access to rigorous curriculum for all students.
- Supporting academic achievement and social-emotional development using Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
- Assisting students in achieving proficiency in reading and comprehension by the end of third grade.
- Facilitating access to high-quality, rigorous first instruction for all students.
- Guiding students towards college, career, and community readiness by the end of 12th grade.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Experience in educational settings, preferably within a large urban district.
- Strong commitment to equity and inclusion in education.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
