Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position are aligned with the district's mission and focal goals. Key duties include:

• Implementing high-quality first instruction across all levels.
• Ensuring access to rigorous curriculum for all students.
• Supporting academic achievement and social-emotional development using Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Assisting students in achieving proficiency in reading and comprehension by the end of third grade.
• Facilitating access to high-quality, rigorous first instruction for all students.
• Guiding students towards college, career, and community readiness by the end of 12th grade.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Experience in educational settings, preferably within a large urban district.
• Strong commitment to equity and inclusion in education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
