Arts and Sciences Adjunct Instructor "Pool"

Responsibilities

• Teach at the Lex D. Walters Campus and/or six county centers in Laurens, Newberry, Edgefield, Saluda, Abbeville, and McCormick.
• Provide instruction during day, evenings, online, and as dual‑credit instructors in high schools.
• Deliver courses according to established syllabi for a diverse student body.
• Teach at a variety of locations, utilizing technology and multiple teaching methods.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree meeting SACSCOC accreditation standards and any discipline‑specific accrediting requirements.
• For science labs and certain developmental courses, a Bachelor’s degree is required to satisfy SACSCOC accreditation standards.

Additional Information

• This is a “Pool” position; applicants will remain in a pool and may be hired on an as‑needed basis.
• Positions are temporary and part‑time.
