About the role

Position: Artist Promotions Associate
Location: hello82 LA 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036
Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Project Support
    • Aid in managing project timelines, task lists, and deliverables.
    • Track campaign progress, deadlines, and approvals.
    • Create short-form video content including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
    • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, fan activations, and promotional initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Production, Operations, Sales, and Fan Experience.
    • Prepare internal briefs, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
    • Ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Maintain organized documentation including project trackers, timelines, and campaign folders.
    • Support reporting and post-campaign wrap-ups.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fan & Industry Research
    • Monitor K-pop trends, fan behavior, and competitive marketing campaigns.
    • Support research and ideation for campaign planning and fan engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and aligned with global fan communities.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles (internship experience included).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in K-pop, music, entertainment, or fan culture.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to have

  • Experience in entertainment, music, media, or cultural industries.
  • Familiarity with live events, pop-ups, or fan experiences.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 45,000 - 55,000 USD per year(HQ)
