About the Role

We are seeking experienced artist management professionals to join our team in Miami. This role involves representing and managing creative professionals, including hair artists, makeup artists, and stylists, to secure high-profile projects and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit top-tier creative talent in hair, makeup, and styling.
• Negotiate contracts and bookings for artists with clients, agencies, and production companies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including photographers, directors, and brands.
• Manage artist portfolios, ensuring they are up-to-date and showcased on platforms like Production Paradise.
• Coordinate logistics for artist bookings, including travel, schedules, and on-set requirements.
• Provide career guidance and strategic advice to artists to help them grow their professional presence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging talent to keep the roster competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in artist management, talent representation, or a related field within the creative industry.
• Strong network of contacts in fashion, advertising, film, or photography.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for creative industries, with a keen eye for talent and trends.
• Based in Miami or willing to relocate.
